Sebastopol Kitchen Design
A Warm, Contemporary Kitchen Designed for Gathering
Nestled in Sebastopol, California, this thoughtfully remodeled kitchen celebrates the perfect balance of timeless design, everyday functionality, and relaxed Sonoma County living.
RHD’s vision was to create a warm, inviting gathering space where family and friends could naturally come together. Designed for a busy household, the renovation emphasizes space planning, durable high-performance materials, and sophisticated finishes that make everyday living feel effortless.
Rich natural wood cabinetry introduces warmth, beautifully balanced by soft neutral tones, elegant countertops, and understated detailing. A generous central island anchors the kitchen, offering ample workspace, casual seating, and a welcoming place for conversation, cooking, and entertaining.

Performance was equally important to the design aesthetic. Low-maintenance Neolith surfaces were selected for their durability and refined appearance, providing a practical solution for a hardworking family kitchen without compromising on luxury or style.
Layered lighting, including sculptural pendant fixtures and wall sconces, brings warmth and visual interest to the space. Integrated appliances, custom storage solutions, and an open layout create an environment that feels as beautiful as it is practical.
The combination of warm wood tones, clean architectural lines, and natural-inspired materials establishes a timeless contemporary aesthetic that will remain relevant for years to come.
The completed renovation reflects RHD’s approach to luxury kitchen remodeling in Sonoma County. We build personalized, functional interiors bringing together exceptional design, lasting materials, and everyday moments.
